Installation Guide

  1. In order to install this app, please log in to https://nomadgate.com/partner-tools/webinars/ with the username and PIN you’ve been assigned when joining as a partner.
    Note: If you have not yet received access to our partner portal, please let your Nomad Gate contact know and we’ll supply you with your credentials right away. Otherwise, if you are a regular Nomad Gate user or a partner without access to hosting webinars, this app is not intended for your use.
  2. Once logged in, please create your first webinar by clicking the + in the bottom right corner. Once the webinar has been saved, please refresh the page and you’ll see a button to connect your Zoom account. Click this button.
  3. A Zoom dialog will open in a new tab where you will be prompted to confirm that you would like to link your Zoom account to Nomad Gate Webinars. Please confirm to continue.
  4. Once you see the message telling you that you can close the window, your Zoom account has been successfully linked. Your scheduled webinars will automatically appear in your Zoom account within a minute.

Usage

The main goal of this app is to give you control over the webinars you want to host on Nomad Gate, including linking your Zoom account so we can automatically create and update the webinar on your behalf, as well as collect registrations for your webinar through our website.

To use the app, please log in to https://nomadgate.com/partner-tools/webinars/ with the username and PIN you’ve been assigned when joining as a partner.

In this dashboard you can:

  • Schedule new webinars by clicking the plus icon in the bottom right (note: the webinars will be created in your Zoom account immediately, however they will only appear on https://nomadgate.com/golden-visa-webinars/ once we’ve reviewed and approved them)
  • Connect your Zoom account, if needed (you’ll see a button on your upcoming webinars)
  • Edit scheduled webinars up until 7 days before the date of the webinar (an edit button will be visible as long as it’s possible to edit the webinar)
  • Preview webinar registration forms
  • Upload webinar recordings after the webinar takes place (a button will appear after the webinar has concluded)
  • Watch the recordings of the webinars you’ve hosted in the past (a button will appear as soon as the recording has been uploaded to our YouTube channel)

Uninstallation

  1. Log into your Zoom account, and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Install Apps or search for the Nomad Gate Webinars App
  3. Click the Nomad Gate Webinars app
  4. Click Uninstall

Troubleshooting

If after adding a webinar on https://nomadgate.com/partner-tools/webinars/ you don’t see a button to link your Zoom account, please:

  • First please refresh your browser window.
  • If that doesn’t work, wait 5 minutes and try refreshing again.
  • If that still doesn’t work, please let your Nomad Gate contact person know and we’ll investigate.
  • Note: If you already connected your Zoom account in the past, there may not be any need to connect it again. In this case there should be a notice listed on all future webinars stating that the Zoom connection is OK (or alternatively that you are missing a webinar plan—see below).

If you see a warning message stating that you’re missing a webinar plan, please make sure that your user is subscribed to the Zoom webinar add-on.
