Over the years this investment option has gained popularity, although from 2022 the minimum investment needed to qualify for a Golden Visa has been increased to €500,000 per family. Still, especially given the promise of higher returns and the ease of completing the investment remotely, the fund option remains a popular option for those who don’t mind the higher minimum investment amount.
